Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Wandori account and any associated data — including drawings, generated animations, and keepsake gallery contents — at any time. To make a request, send us an email and we’ll process it as soon as possible.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@wandori.app from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
3. Include the email address (or username) associated with your Wandori account so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted

Upon verification, we will permanently delete your account, your private keepsake gallery, uploaded drawings, generated animations, and associated personal data from our active systems. Some information may be retained for a limited time in backup systems or where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons, after which it will also be removed.
