Privacy Policy
Your family’s privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Wandori collects, uses, stores, and processes information, including AI-based image and video processing.
Who we are
Wandori is operated by BURLEIGH CREATIVE YAZILIM VE BILISIM HIZMETLERI LIMITED SIRKETI, a company registered in Türkiye, with its registered address at IC KAPI NO:20, NO:4 KUCUKBAKKALKOY MAHALLESI SELVILI SOKAK, ATASEHIR 34750 Istanbul, Türkiye.

What we collect
- Account information (such as email address and authentication identifiers)
- Uploaded content (photos of drawings you submit for processing, and any prompts or style selections you make)
- Generated outputs (AI-generated images, animated videos, and related processing metadata)
- Usage, device, and analytics data (e.g., device type, OS, app/website interactions, error logs)
- Billing status and transaction identifiers (not card details)
Children’s privacy & content created by or featuring minors
The Service is intended for adults. Wandori does not permit children to create accounts or use the Service directly. Wandori is designed for parents, guardians, and grown-ups to bring a child’s drawings to life.
If you upload a drawing made by a child, or any image that depicts or identifies a child or minor, you represent and warrant that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained explicit consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian to upload and process the content.
We treat content created by or depicting children as sensitive personal data. Such content is used only to provide the requested Service (turning the drawing into an animated video and storing it in the account’s private gallery). It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.
If you believe a child’s drawing or image has been uploaded without appropriate consent, contact support@wandori.app and we will delete the content without delay.
Face data
Drawings uploaded to the Service may depict faces, and photos of drawings may incidentally include a person’s face in the background. Wandori does not extract, analyze, or store facial landmarks, biometric identifiers, or face templates. Faces are not used for identification, recognition, age estimation, emotion analysis, or profiling.
Images containing faces are processed solely to generate a user-requested animation or visual transformation of the underlying drawing.
AI image and video processing
Uploaded photos of drawings are processed using automated AI systems to generate animated videos, illustrations, or other visual outputs across the styles offered in the app (3D Cartoon, Plushie, Storybook, Anime, and so on). This may include transformation, enhancement, segmentation, stylisation, animation, and other automated modifications. By using the Service, you consent to this processing solely to provide the Service.
No biometric identification
Wandori does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, or identity verification. We do not attempt to identify individuals in drawings, photographs, or generated outputs.
AI training
Uploaded drawings, photographs, and generated outputs are not used to train AI models unless this is explicitly stated at the point of upload and you provide separate, affirmative consent.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service
- Process drawings and generate animated outputs
- Store outputs in your private keepsake gallery
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, and support
- Improve performance, reliability, and safety
- Comply with legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (including cloud hosting, storage, AI inference processors, and payment platforms) solely to operate and improve the Service. Service providers are required to protect data.
Wandori is private by default. We do not host a public feed or social network. Content is only shared outside your account when you explicitly tap to share it (for example, sending a video to a family member via your device’s share sheet).
Sharing consumption data with Apple for refund requests
If you make purchases through Apple’s App Store, Apple may request information from us in order to review refund requests. By using the Service and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple as part of this process.
This information may include details about how you accessed and interacted with purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is solely to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We share only the information necessary for this purpose and do so in compliance with Apple’s policies.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, allow re-download or access to your keepsake gallery where supported, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@wandori.app or by visiting our account deletion page. Deleted data is removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International processing
Your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable laws.
Terms of Use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Wandori account or make purchases. Children may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s use of the Service.
Using the Service
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You must have the legal right to upload and process any content you submit, including drawings, photos of drawings, and any images that depict people. If your content was made by, or depicts, a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others. This includes:
- Uploading content you do not have rights or consent to use
- Uploading drawings made by, or images depicting, children without parental or guardian consent
- Uploading content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful, including content involving minors
- Using the Service to harass, exploit, or harm others
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls of the Service
Your content & licence
You retain ownership of the drawings, photos, and other content you upload. You grant Wandori a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and operate the Service (for example, generating an animated video from a photo of your child’s drawing and storing it in your private gallery).
AI-generated outputs
Animated videos and other outputs are generated automatically by AI and may not be perfect. Style, motion, and details may vary. You are responsible for how you use outputs. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted availability.
Payments & subscriptions
Some features require payment, typically via a family subscription. Subscriptions and purchases made through app stores or payment providers are governed by their respective terms, including renewal, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the app store on which it was purchased.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that outputs will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURLEIGH CREATIVE YAZILIM VE BILISIM HIZMETLERI LIMITED SIRKETI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that exposes us or others to risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
